App Store licence

Unless a particular app supplies a custom licence in its store listing, its App Store licence is Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement. App-specific information appears below and in the relevant store listing. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Larply subscriptions and credits

Larply offers monthly Starter, Creator and Studio subscriptions with 500, 1,500 and 4,000 credits per paid month respectively. The current local price and renewal period are displayed before purchase in Apple’s purchase sheet. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Deleting Larply or its account does not cancel a subscription.

The credit cost of each generation is shown before you start. Paid credits are added once per verified transaction; unused credits remain on your Larply account after a subscription expires. Failed or successfully cancelled jobs are refunded in credits. A completed job cannot always be cancelled. An Apple purchase refund can remove the associated benefits and unused credits.

An active subscription removes watermarks and unlocks the 4K option; generation credits are still required. The separate one-time watermark purchase removes watermarks and does not include a credit allowance or subscription.

PulsePace Pro and 7-day trial / PulsePace Pro und 7-Tage-Testphase

PulsePace (iPhone and Apple Watch) is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement. The heart-rate, pace and combined monitoring modes, live voice and haptic feedback, the preset zones, daily challenges and your three most recent runs are free without any purchase. PulsePace Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase (a non-consumable item), not a subscription; it unlocks unlimited run history, detail views for older runs, custom zones and GPX/JSON export. The current local price is shown in Apple’s purchase sheet before you buy, and Pro can be restored on other devices with “Restore purchases”.

You can try all Pro features free for seven days. The trial is activated explicitly in the app as a free App Store item named “7-day Trial” and starts at the moment of activation. It costs nothing, involves no payment method and does not convert into a purchase or subscription; nothing is charged automatically. When the seven days end, the free features remain available and the Pro features become locked until you buy PulsePace Pro. The trial is available once per Apple account.

PulsePace is a training aid, not a medical device, and gives no medical advice. Heart-rate values come from your Apple Watch or another HealthKit source and pace comes from GPS; both can be delayed or inaccurate. Choose your zones responsibly, stop exercising if you feel unwell and consult a doctor before intensive training or if you have a health condition. You are responsible for your safety while running, including paying attention to traffic while wearing headphones. Apple system requirements apply (iOS 17 / watchOS 10 or later; an Apple Watch or another heart-rate source for heart-rate mode). See the PulsePace privacy information and PulsePace support.

Die Modi Herzfrequenz, Tempo und Beides, Live-Sprach- und Haptik-Feedback, die vordefinierten Zonen, die täglichen Challenges und deine drei letzten Läufe sind ohne Kauf kostenlos nutzbar. PulsePace Pro ist ein optionaler einmaliger In-App-Kauf (nicht verbrauchbar), kein Abonnement; er schaltet den unbegrenzten Laufverlauf, Detailansichten älterer Läufe, eigene Zonen und den GPX-/JSON-Export frei. Der aktuelle Preis wird vor dem Kauf in Apples Kaufdialog angezeigt; Pro lässt sich auf anderen Geräten über „Käufe wiederherstellen“ wiederherstellen.

Du kannst alle Pro-Funktionen sieben Tage lang kostenlos testen. Die Testphase wird in der App ausdrücklich als kostenloser App-Store-Artikel mit dem Namen „7-day Trial“ aktiviert und beginnt mit der Aktivierung. PulsePace ist eine Trainingshilfe, kein Medizinprodukt, und gibt keine medizinischen Ratschläge. Herzfrequenzwerte stammen von deiner Apple Watch oder einer anderen HealthKit-Quelle, das Tempo aus GPS; beides kann verzögert oder ungenau sein. Wähle deine Zonen verantwortungsvoll, beende das Training bei Unwohlsein und sprich vor intensivem Training oder bei gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen mit einer Ärztin oder einem Arzt. Für deine Sicherheit beim Laufen bist du selbst verantwortlich, auch im Straßenverkehr mit Kopfhörern.
